Job Description Supervise and support the spa reception team during daily operations Ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and maximize treatment room utilization Deliver exceptional guest service and handle inquiries or complaints professionally Conduct team briefings and provide ongoing training and coaching Monitor daily revenue, cash handling, and booking accuracy Promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to achieve sales targets Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception and retail areas Prepare daily reports and assist with inventory control Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of experience in spa reception or front office supervision Strong knowledge of spa operations and booking systems Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Customer-focused with a professional appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Job-Category: Wellness & Recreation Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
