The Pearle Hotel & Spa is currently seeking both full and part time Spa Receptionists to join our team. The Spa Receptionist team member is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by managing reservations, greeting guests, and ensuring a seamless spa experience. They handle appointment scheduling, guest inquiries, and assist with retail sales, all while maintaining an organized and welcoming front desk environment. This role supports the spa’s operations by coordinating with therapists and other staff to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth day-to-day operations.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Book and manage reservations, balancing schedules efficiently while aligning guest preferences with spa availability.
  • Coordinate guest details and special requests with service providers and attendants to ensure a smooth and personalized experience.
  • Promote spa products and services to guests, actively achieving retail sales targets and enhancing their experience.
  • Process payments accurately, including gift certificates, handling various payment methods and ensuring secure transactions.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the front desk, retail area, and reception are clean, organized, and prepared for daily operations.
  • Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills when answering calls and managing multi-line systems.
  • Address guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions.
  • Manage lost and found items, documenting and following property protocol to ensure proper follow-up and item return.
  • Report facility concerns or maintenance issues to leadership promptly for timely resolution.
