THE STARTING RATE: $14.50 (+ service charge and 3% commission) THE DAY-TO-DAY: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service to exceed guest expectations. Follow all departmental and policies and procedures including safety and sanitation policies. Provide services including but not limited to, assisting all guests with Spa and/or Salon appointments, check guests in and out of facility, provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients. Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of spa/salon software system. Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE: Must be 18 years old or older.
