EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND/OR REQUIRED ABILITIES:
- High school diploma.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service, spa, hospitality, sales, or retail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:
- Greet all members and offer tours of the facilities.
- Must have excellent phone skills and follow the Spa’s phone guidelines and etiquette.
- Assist members with questions about spa services and products.
- Ability to explain, sell, and book appointments.
- Register members in the computer system and process payments for services rendered.
- Responsible for the sale and service of all retail products to members.
- Responsible for keeping the spa boutique area clean and orderly.
- Knowledgeable about the features and benefits of all retail offerings, product sales, and promotions.
- Effectively recommend products to meet the needs of our members.
- Properly open and close the spa or salon daily according to standard operating procedures.
- Provide members with detailed descriptions of treatments, packages, services, facility features, and spa hours of operation.
- Ability to handle member feedback and concerns in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Knowledge of the reservation system, credit card machine, and photocopier/scanner.
- Handle gift cards.
- Knowledgeable about the club/spa and able to confidently speak about other establishments on the property.
- Provide general guidance about the spa to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounges, and hospitality stations.
