· Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
· Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a professional and timely manner.
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails, messages, and other guest inquiries in a courteous and helpful manner.
· Manage treatments and client consultation forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
· Process payments, including cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment, and balance daily cash receipts.
Maintain stock levels throughout the spa, which would include lockers/laundry, product stock and retail
· Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area and lobby, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests.
· Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
