ABOUT THE ROLE

At Four Seasons Hotel Firenze we are looking for a passionate Spa Receptionist Intern who will welcome guests and deal with all enquiries, being knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing . This position will schedule treatments to maximize use of time within the Spa schedule.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide an enjoyable, relaxed and peaceful spa experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness.
• Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and with professionalism, escort them to the changing room and/or to the treatment/ pool/gym area.
• Check guests’ health prior to receiving SPA Services or accessing the SPA adjusting treatment bookings accordingly.
• Support in inspecting any spa area making sure standards of hygiene, cleanliness and tidiness are followed. Contact promptly the management team if needed.
• Make reservations for facial and body treatments and organize therapists’ appointments accordingly.
• Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Pool and Fitness.
• Assist with other tasks within the Rooms division when needed.
• 
  Develop and present a project work to reinforce training.
