Medical Spa Receptionist and Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Medical Spa Receptionist and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in White Rock. This dual role combines front desk responsibilities with marketing initiatives to enhance our spa’s visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Process client payments and maintain accurate records.
- Assist clients with inquiries about services, products, and promotions.
- Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Marketing Coordinator Duties:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote services and special offers.
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, newsletters, and website updates.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to plan events, promotions, and community outreach programs.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and partners for promotional opportunities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in business or marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in a medical spa, salon, or similar environment REQUIRED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with marketing software or social media platforms.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of skincare and wellness products is an advantage.
