Maximizing spa revenue through yield management, retail sales, re-booking guests, high therapist and room occupancy, and efficient bookings. Providing guests with excellent knowledge of all spa and retail products. Ensuring that the guest’s experience at the Spa is memorable from beginning to end. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in Hospitality Industry, previous experience is an advantage. Preferably in a 5 Star resort.
