Job Description To assist spa manager in organizing the overall day-to-day spa operations and administration as assigned. The general responsibilities include acting as a liaison between spa manager, team member and guests, implementing marketing and promotion efforts, generate up-selling techniques, creating receptionist schedule, mediating disputes & complaints from customers and assisting the guests in professional and helpful manner. Your responsibility will include stock monitoring, promoting products to clients, and keeping all areas clean and organized. You will play a big role in creating amazing stories for our guests. Qualifications At least Bachelor Degree in any field At least 2 year experience in Spa Receptionist In depth knowledge of spa therapy Proficiency in English communication and computer literate Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong communication skills in both English and Thai Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Good customer services skills and service mind
