Mission: The Spa Receptionist is expected to greet all guests utilizing established standards, ensuring that every guest receives the ultimate Jumby Bay Spa experience. The receptionist must provide guests with extensive knowledge of the spa and its products, to enhance their visit, as well as ensuring that the facilities are fully prepped and ready each day to receive guests. Profile: A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role. Experience within a luxury resort/hotel preferred. Knowledge of salon treatments (manicures, pedicures etc) an asset Knowledge of Opera PMS and KnowCross an asset Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, Opera, TAC and Concierge Organizer systems an asset Ability to communicate at all levels - excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexible hours Valid Antigua & Barbuda Driver's License Benefits: Competitive remuneration package.
