ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience. This part-time role requires 16 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts across the week – including weekends – depending on business needs.
The ideal candidate will be confident working independently and stepping in to support the team during peak periods or when therapist cover is needed.
Hours: 16 hours per week, fully flexible across Monday to Sunday

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Delivering a warm, professional welcome to all spa guests
• Managing bookings, answering enquiries, and maintaining spa reception standards
• Supporting the team with daily operations to ensure smooth guest journeys
• Stepping in to deliver treatments when required (where qualified)
