We are currently seeking energetic and passionate individuals to join our Spa Reception Team. Your main focus will be ensuring that all our guests and clients receive the highest level of service by being their first point of contact. You will be responsible for greeting all our Pool, Gym and Day Spa guests and ensuring a five star service from start to finish. The Spa Receptionist is responsible for delivering a quality customer service experience through conveying a positive, welcoming greeting to guests and visitors to Crown Spa in accordance with five-star service standards.

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, assisting with check-in, check-out, inquiries and special requests.
• Perform various administrative duties such as processing reservations, handling phone calls, and maintaining accurate records.
• Address any guests’ enquiries effectively and professionally.
