Description The Moorings Yacht & Country Club is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, friendly and experienced part-time Spa Receptionist to join our team! Primary responsibilities include: Greet members and their guests and assist with inquiries. Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to correct department if necessary Coordinate and Schedule member appointments. Maintain a cooperative, professional work relationship and attitude with members, guests, and staff Maintain established club policies, procedures, standards, and objectives. Remain knowledgeable about spa offerings and events. Stock and replenish Spa facility with supplies and products (water, towels, etc.) Respond to member and guest concerns in a prompt professional courteous manner. Operate the Point-of-Sale system and charge members appropriately Maintain privacy of members’ paperwork and health conditions. Sharing information with another member, employee, or other person is strictly prohibited. Maintain cleanliness of all areas Other duties as assigned. Requirements Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Skills: Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in fast paced environment Exceptional customer service skills, and professional communication Proactive, reliable and able to work independently. Dependable and punctual Positive attitude, team player Must be able to work a flexible schedule: Monday - Friday 1+ years in similar role (preferred) Experience: Customer service experience required.
