Job Description Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Assist in the all operations of the Spa and to have knowledge of all Spa menu Assist guest with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities etc. Assist guests with product information and retail sales Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards Follow departmental policies and procedures Follow all safety and sanitation policies Reports any problems or questions to Supervisor Attends pre-shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift. Clean and tidy the areas when necessary To report any equipment malfunctioning. To report anything which may be a Health & Safety hazard Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred Preferred minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone Spa Strong administrative skills including Excel Spreadsheets CPR and First Aid certification preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities Highly responsible & reliable Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
