The Coniston Hotel Country Estate Spa is an award-winning destination hotel near Skipton on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales.
We are a family run, privately owned organisation founded in 1969 by the Bannister family, who are actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business. ROLE OVERVIEW
The main aim of this role is to provide a warm and welcoming experience to guests arriving at the hotel, through-out their experience, until check-out. Enhancing the customer experience by supporting the Spa Reception Memebership Manager at all times with ideas about how to continuously improve the service we deliver. Key to the role is communicating all amendments to the operations team in a timely and clear manner.
