Job Description We are looking for a highly capable spa receptionist primarily responsible to provide professional and up to Araamu Spa Standard in receiving and assisting customers and visitors. Your duties will include handling external and internal calls effectively. Making reservations for treatments and other services of the spa for day-to-day operation. Spa Receptionist Responsibilities: Maintain complete knowledge of the products and services offered by the spa. Comply with spa and departmental policies and procedures. Notify management with all maintenance needs. Greet and welcome each guest warmly and provide a courteous good bye. Handle guest complaints and ensure guest satisfaction. Making of daily and monthly reports. Taking and confirming of reservations. Allocation of bookings. Handle phone calls - both internal and external calls. Maintains inventory of stocks for boutique operation. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years work experience as a hostess or any related job. Ability to communicate in English with excellence in both written and oral. Multi-lingual is helpful. At least high school graduate. Should possess decent and pleasant personality. Ability to provide legible communication. Basic knowledge of MS Word/Excel. Ability to work with people from diverse culture.
