We are seeking a poised and passionate Spa Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our serene and exclusive Spa.
In this pivotal front-of-house role, you’ll provide a warm, intuitive, and seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You’ll be responsible for handling spa bookings, guiding guests through our offerings, and ensuring every interaction reflects the elegance and discretion synonymous with the brand.

A genuine passion for hospitality and wellness
Impeccable grooming and communication skills
Previous experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment
Calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in booking systems and administrative tasks
The ideal candidate will have a customer service background in luxury Spas ideally based within five-star deluxe hotels. You are likely to have relevant NVQ or professional qualifications although your passion for the job will be what sets you apart.
To be successful in your application you will already have experience from within a luxury service environment along with an excellent understanding of the 5-star hospitality industry. You will be an immaculately presented individual who possesses authentic yet impeccable customer service skills with your ability to engage with our guests being one of your greatest assets.
