Do you have a warm smile, a calm presence, and a passion for wellness? We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Spa Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (experience in a spa or hospitality setting is an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Well-groomed and professional appearance
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Positive attitude and a passion for wellness and customer care

• Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Schedule appointments and manage the spa booking system
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails and inquiries
• Provide information about services, products, and promotions
• Process payments and handle cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the reception area
• Coordinate with therapists and other team members to ensure smooth operation
