Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building lasting connections. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients Uphold spa cleanliness standards Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents Perform various other duties as assigned Hours 15 hours a week we can do a set schedule. We need 1-2 closing shifts and 1 Sunday a month On occassion helping on another shift when required
