Job Description: Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in Seminole, is seeking a Front Desk Sales Associate. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience at our Spa is nothing short of outstanding! Responsibilities: Meet membership sales goals and maintain a minimum conversion percentage of 15% Attend all Membership Training/webinars. Train, monitor, and coach the performance of all sales and service staff. Assisting in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa. Manage spa sales performance. Detailed knowledge of the menu of services. Provide excellent customer service to members and guests while fostering lasting relationships. Capable of working flexible hours. Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients. Uphold spa cleanliness standards. Bring a positive and energetic attitude.
