You greet guests, answer phones, book appointments, explain our services, and help people find the membership that fits their life. It's a front-desk role at heart, but really it's about taking care of people — and turning great service into memberships. No spa experience needed — if you've worked in customer service, retail, or hospitality, you've got the foundation. We'll train you on the rest.
