About the Role As a Spa Associate, you’ll be the first and last impression for every guest. You’ll help create a warm, welcoming environment, assist guests with check-ins and checkouts, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and educate guests on our services and membership programs. Compensation & Benefits Hourly base pay with opportunity for commissions based on: Membership conversions Retail product sales Bonus opportunities for performance and milestones Employee service discounts *Continued employment is contingent upon maintaining a minimum 25% monthly membership conversion rate.
