Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and sales-driven Front Desk Spa Associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and is confident in recommending services, memberships, and gift cards to enhance the client experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and create a positive first impression Schedule appointments and manage the spa’s booking system efficiently Educate clients on services, enhancements, and spa offerings Promote and sell memberships, packages, and gift cards Recommend retail products and current promotions Handle phone calls, texts, and follow-ups in a professional and timely manner Support daily spa operations, including opening/closing duties and maintaining a clean, organized front desk Work collaboratively with service providers and management to ensure a seamless client experience What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in recommending memberships and upgrades Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Team player who contributes to a supportive spa culture Preferred (but not required): Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service Experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment Familiarity with booking systems Compensation & Perks: Hourly pay + commission on memberships, retail, and gift card sales Performance-based incentives Employee discounts on services and products Growth opportunities within the spa
