DESCRIPTION

Support the Spa & Salon Marketing Manager in executing the UK Channel Marketing strategy in alignment with global brand objectives. Adapt global toolkits and deliver channel-specific activations to drive both commercial performance and brand KPIs. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure impactful go-to-market execution across the Spa & Salon channel. Manage marketing budgets and foster strong relationships with sales teams and partners. Ensure timely, relevant communication and continuously optimise customer engagement strategies to drive treatment uptake and marketing performance across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities

Channel Marketing

  • Support the execution of the UK Marketing Plan in line with ELEMIS brand objectives, and global strategy — on time and within budget.
  • Adapt global toolkits for channel-specific relevance and communicate effectively with relevant partners.
  • Brief, design, and deliver compelling launch offers and channel-specific activations that align with overall marketing strategy.
  • Lead digital activations, including briefing for social media, B2B, and B2C email campaigns, based on agreed plans with partners.
  • Maintain and regularly update the channel marketing calendar to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication of marketing tools to Spa partners and internal teams.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with Spa & Salon Sales teams to deliver best-in-class in-salon and digital activations that drive both brand visibility and commercial KPIs.
  • Work cross-functionally within the UK business to leverage insights and ideas from other channels, enhancing the impact and effectiveness of Spa/Salon marketing initiatives.

Budget Management

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to monitor and manage A&P, FOC, and GWP budgets effectively.
  • Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes and ensure timely submission via Concur.
  • Track and ensure accurate monthly spending in line with A&P budget forecasts.
  • Customer Engagement
  • Support the creation and execution of CRM strategies (B2B and B2C) alongside the Senior Marketing Manager and CRM Manager, ensuring performance is measured through clear KPIs.
  • Work with the Social team to identify and showcase opportunities for spotlighting key spa partners within the broader social media calendar, focusing on treatment-led messaging and supporting key accounts during high-impact moments.

Visual Merchandising

  • Assist the Senior Marketing Manager in developing and delivering impactful visual merchandising (VM) and POS materials for both core ranges and NPD within the Spa & Salon channel.
  • Coordinate with external partners and agencies to ensure timely delivery of POSM and collateral, optimising launch execution.
  • Oversee lightbox and VM updates, ensuring they align with channel priorities while minimising costs through efficient change-out strategies.
