CUSTOMER SERVICE & RECEPTION:

• Greet clients warmly and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Answer phone calls, emails, and social media messages, providing information about services and bookings.
• Maintain appointment schedules, confirm bookings, and handle cancellations or reschedules.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service to create a positive experience.
• Perform Cleaning/Disinfection Duties and Laundry
• Cleaning Hydrotherapy Tub, changing sheets and disinfect space

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer Service Excellence:
• Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and via phone or email.
• Social Media Skills:
• Proven experience managing Instagram and TikTok accounts, with a creative approach to posting.
• Proficient in Canva for designing graphics and promotional materials.
• Understanding of current social media trends and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with parents and families.
• Organizational Skills:
• Strong multitasking abilities to manage reception duties and marketing tasks.
