Lead and support the spa therapist team throughout the day to ensure smooth operations.
Delegate and oversee daily operational tasks such as cleaning, stock preparation, and room resets.
Assist with the onboarding and on-the-job training of new team members to ensure consistent service standards.
Assist with identifying training needs for current team members and delivering training as required.
Performing treatments as required.
Ensure consistent use of treatment protocols and retail recommendations.
Act as a point of contact for guest queries or concerns, ensuring prompt resolution.
Conduct projects as directed by the Spa Director, which may include initiatives related to staff incentives, training plans, or rostering improvements.
Open and/or close the spa according to operational procedures, ensuring all areas are secure, clean, and ready.
