Spa Supervisor

Alba Thermal Springs & Spa is an award winning, world class wellness sanctuary located in Fingal, on the picturesque Mornington Peninsula.
We are expanding our team in the Spa and seeking a full-time Spa Supervisor who will utilise their experience, organisation and leadership skills to provide operational support to Spa Management. This is a fast paced environment and you will be juggling multiple priorities from performing treatments, greeting guests in the Lounge, staff traing, coordinating the preparation area and ensuring treatment rooms have been set up correctly and any other administrative or operational tasks as directed.
The successful candidate will be fully trained in spa rituals by Vanessa Megan, Aika Wellness and Alba’s signature brand.
The spa operates 7 days a week from 10am to 7pm. Shifts will include open, close and either a Saturday or Sunday and Public Holidays.

About You

• You have a passion for all things Spa and Wellness
• You are a qualified Massage or Beauty Therapist with at least 5 years experience
• You have at least 2 years leadership experience in a 5 star Spa Property (highly regarded)
• You love recommending products/ treatments to ensure the guest experience continues even after they leave
• You are guest centric, a team player, and have a positive attitude
• You have excellent personal presentation standards and strong communication skills
• You are adaptable, flexible and responsible
