FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA MACTAN JOB SUMMARY: In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, under the supervision of the Spa Manager and within the limits of established hotel policies, the Spa Supervisor supervises spa operation including ingredient preparation, spa reception, spa housekeeping, preparation and schedule of treatments, maintaining the SOP in cleaning, and staff scheduling. JOB SUMMARY: Ensures that all spa policies and procedures are conscientiously followed. Prepares daily, weekly and monthly sales reports Maintains and updates Spa files, as follows: Daily Revenue Report Monthly Incentive Report Duty Roster for Paytroll Others as specified In-charge of overall spa operation in the absence of Spa Manager Conducts spot random audits the different areas of operation Assists Spa Manager in research and product development Ensures proper requisitioning and control of office supplies; follow-up on delivery of materials were needed Ensures all correspondences, faxes, messages, emails are responded to in a timely manner/ disseminated accordingly Handles and follows-up on assignments as assigned by superior Cooperates and coordinates with colleagues and outside agencies whever necessary Ensures security and upkeep of all confidential files Makes recommendations for the improvement of current procedures Monitors trainings of staff Attends weekly departmental meetings, daily coordination meeting with Spa Manager

Responsibilities

The Spa Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily spa operations, ensuring adherence to Chroma Hospitality and Crimson Resort & Spa standards, including managing ingredient preparation, reception, housekeeping, and treatment scheduling. This role also involves preparing sales reports, maintaining spa files, and taking charge of overall spa operations in the absence of the Spa Manager.
