POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Spa Supervisor at ST Pancras London, you support the daily operations of the spa and leisure areas, including treatments, wellness facilities, the pool and gym. Working closely with the Spa Operations Manager, you help ensure a seamless guest experience, uphold five-star service standards, and assist in team coordination. You lead by example on the floor, support team training, and contribute to achieving operational and financial goals while maintaining a positive and professional spa environment.

Support the Spa Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth and elevated guest experience.

  • Supervise and motivate spa team members, providing guidance and support to maintain high service standards.
  • Assist in training new staff and promoting ongoing development for team members.
  • Ensure all guest interactions reflect a warm, professional, and brand-aligned approach.
  • Respond to guest feedback efficiently, resolving concerns to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Monitor appointment schedules, therapist availability, and treatment room readiness for optimal efficiency.
  • Uphold all Health & Safety standards, including COSHH compliance and cleanliness protocols.
  • Maintain spa presentation and ambiance, ensuring all areas are clean, stocked, and welcoming.
  • Assist in managing product inventory, placing orders, and controlling usage to minimize waste.
  • Deputise for Spa Operations Manager and in their absence.
  • Act as Spa Duty Manager when required
