Responsibilities

We are looking for a service driven individual to join our five star Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to either begin or continue your career in one of the Leading Hotels of the World. Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including:

  • Lead, train, and support the Spa Reception team to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage guest bookings and enquiries, ensuring accuracy and personalized communication
  • Maintain a warm and professional front-of-house experience for all spa guests
  • Oversee daily operations: payments, reports, therapist schedules, and membership management
  • Ensure cleanliness and presentation of reception and retail areas
  • Support stock control, rota planning, and administrative duties as directed
  • Represent the spa at hotel meetings and liaise effectively with other departments
  • Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures, and grooming standards
