Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Experience working within a spa environment is essential.
- Proficiency in providing a variety of treatments, including deep tissue, aromatherapy, pregnancy massage, and relaxation treatments.
- Professionalism at all times, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work with several clients per day and adapt treatments to meet their individual needs.
- Confidence in up selling treatments and promoting retail products to enhance client experience and increase sales.
- Weekend availability is required flexibility with working hours is a must.
What We Offer:
- £12.6 per hour base rate.
- Commission on services and retail sales with commission, the total hourly rate typically ranges from £17 to £20 per hour.

EXPERIENCE

• Pregnancy Massage: Experienced in providing specialized massage treatments tailored for pregnant clients, ensuring comfort and safety throughout each stage of pregnancy.
• Aromatherapy: Skilled in incorporating aromatherapy techniques into massage sessions to enhance relaxation and support client well-being.
• Deep Tissue Massage: Extensive experience in performing deep tissue massages, addressing muscle tension, and providing relief for clients with chronic pain or muscle tightness.
  -Client-Focused Service: Adept at working with a diverse range of clients, understanding their individual needs, and delivering personalized treatments to achieve optimal results.
• Handling Multiple Clients: Experienced in managing a busy schedule with several different clients per day, ensuring each receives high-quality care and attention.
• Up-selling Services: Proven ability to identify client needs and recommend additional treatments or extended sessions, contributing to increased service sales.
  -Retail Sales: Experience in promoting and selling wellness products and aftercare items, enhancing client results while driving retail revenue.
• Professional Development: Continuously expanding expertise in deep tissue techniques and other therapeutic modalities to meet evolving client needs and maintain high professional standards.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic services, including deep tissue massage and other specialized treatments.
