Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS Job Description Maintain thorough knowledge of products for each treatment/therapy Maintain cleanliness and report deficiencies of any spa equipment Ensure that equipment & facilities are in peak sanitary condition at all times Deliver and collect linen inventory to and from Housekeeping on a scheduled basis Ensure that inventory of all spa amenities and toiletries are well stocked at all times Prepare products and treatment rooms according to specified guidelines and bookings Direct guests to appointments and attend to their needs in every way possible Assist guests with use of facilities such as sauna, steam, whirlpool etc. Maintain locker rooms in a tidy manner. Check and clean lockers when needed Maintain accurate records as required by hotel and government regulations Understand and adhere to departmental emergency procedures and safety practices Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently. Report incidents or other irregularities to Spa Manager Assist in the operation of the spa department as required Maintain complete knowledge of all hotel services/features Qualifications Certification in massage therapy, aesthetics or diploma from a recognized school of alternative therapy Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a spa or hospitality industry Good oral proficiency in English language Ability to speak other languages can be advantageous Additional Information What is in it for you: Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor Hotels Worldwide Develop your talent through learning programs by Academy Accor Opportunity to grow within your property and across the world!
