Job Description Join a world-renowned Fairmont Spa and embody luxury, professionalism, and personalized care. As a Spa Therapist, you’ll deliver rejuvenating treatments, maintain immaculate service areas, and elevate the spa experience for each guest. Position Type: Permanent Pay Rate: $16.88/hour plus 18% gratuities and commission Start Date: December 2025 Job Duties Include: Ability to perform all massage, body treatments and applicable add-on treatments offered on the menu according to protocols Discovers guests’ needs and makes appropriate treatment and home care recommendations Presents warm, gracious and professional persona toward guests and co-workers Practices the highest standard of sanitation, neatness, and visual presentation Assists with linen stocking, laundry and spa cleaning Maintains treatment room inventory and other organizational tasks Qualifications Experience performing facials, body treatments and massages required, preferably in a luxury environment. Certificate from a recognized Massage Therapy school CPR and First Aid certification is required Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including but not limited to: Frequent standing and walking throughout shift Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps You may be required to work on holidays, weekends, overnights, and other non-day shifts.
