Job Description The Spa Therapist delivers exceptional, personalized spa treatments that reflect the spa’s luxury standards, ensuring memorable guest experiences while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, hygiene, and service excellence. In addition to delivery of spa treatments, responsibility will also include retailing of homecare products, maintenance of equipment, inventory of products and treatment tools and supplies and acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations. Primary Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Delivery Deliver all spa treatments (massage, body, facial, and wellness services) in accordance with spa protocols and brand standards Conduct professional guest consultations to identify needs, preferences, and contraindications Customize treatments where appropriate to enhance results and guest satisfaction Create a calm, welcoming, and safe treatment environment Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally and discreetly Treatment & Technical Excellence Maintain strong technical skills and product knowledge across all treatments offered Ensure correct usage of products, equipment, and tools Adhere strictly to hygiene, health, and safety standards Maintain treatment room cleanliness and readiness at all times Retail & Commercial Contribution Actively promote and recommend spa treatments, packages, and retail products Achieve individual retail and upselling targets where applicable Accurately record treatment notes, product usage, and guest preferences Teamwork & Professional Conduct Work collaboratively with Spa Concierges, Supervisors, and Management Participate in training, brand workshops, and product knowledge sessions Maintain a professional appearance, grooming, and demeanor at all times Support spa operations during peak periods and special events Operational Excellence Follow spa SOPs, scheduling procedures, and time management standards Report maintenance, inventory, or equipment issues promptly Comply with hotel policies, brand standards, and statutory regulations Other Responsibilities Follows guidelines provided in colleague handbook. Ensures service standards and individual performances is aligned with Accor Values - Guest Passion, Trust, Sustainable Performance, Spirit of Conquest, Innovation and Respect. Contributes to the hotel’s Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability efforts. Performs any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned. Qualifications Candidate Profile Certified Spa Therapist (recognized local or international qualification) Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a luxury spa or hotel environment preferred Excellent guest service delivery Proficient in massage and body treatments; facial certification an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and publicholidays Guest-centric mindset focusing attention on guests needs, remaining calm and courteous Attention to detail Ability to promote Spa products and services Ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision Professional ethics and discretion Sales and recommendation skills Calm, empathetic, and confident approach Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
