Job Description Perform a variety of spa treatments (e.g., massages, facials, body scrubs, wraps, aromatherapy). Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and tools. Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction at all times. Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences. Promote spa services, packages, and retail products. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Handle client inquiries and bookings professionally. Stay updated with new spa techniques and industry trends. Qualifications Certification or diploma in massage therapy, beauty therapy, or a related field. Proven experience in a spa or wellness center (preferred). Knowledge of different massage techniques and skincare treatments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Good physical stamina and dexterity. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
