Job Description Spa Therapist This position is responsible for delivering a range of high-quality spa treatments to guests, ensuring their comfort, relaxation, and satisfaction. This role involves providing personalized services, maintaining treatment standards, and contributing to the overall luxury spa experience. Perform various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps. Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments. Ensure treatment rooms are prepared, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa products, services, and trends. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel relaxed and pampered. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards. Promote spa services and products to enhance guest experience and sales. Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy at all times. Qualifications Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field. Certification in specialized treatments such as aromatherapy, reflexology, hydrotherapy, or Turkish spa specialties. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a spa therapist in a luxury spa or hotel. Proficiency in various massage techniques and spa treatments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Additional Information
