Your role will involve providing exceptional care and attention to guests, ensuring that each treatment is tailored to their individual needs and preferences. Key Responsibilities: Treatment Delivery: Provide a range of therapeutic treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and wellness services, according to spa protocols and guest preferences. Ensure that all treatments are delivered to the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Tailor treatments based on individual guest needs, including assessing their health and wellness goals. Guest Experience: Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for guests from the moment they enter the spa until their departure. Conduct pre-treatment consultations to understand guests' needs and preferences, and offer professional recommendations. Address any guest concerns or feedback promptly and courteously to enhance their overall experience. Wellness Focus: Stay informed about the latest wellness trends, techniques, and products to ensure the spa’s offerings remain innovative and effective. Integrate wellness and longevity practices into treatments to align with the spa’s philosophy and guest expectations. Operational Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, including the proper use and storage of spa equipment and products. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including maintaining hygiene and sanitation standards. Assist with the setup and breakdown of treatment rooms and manage inventory of products and supplies. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in spa therapies and wellness practices. Keep up to date with industry advancements and incorporate new techniques into your practice as appropriate.
