This role combines expert therapeutic skills with exceptional customer service to promote relaxation, health, and well-being in line with the high standards of the Raffles & Fairmont brands. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages (Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy), facials, body wraps, scrubs, and other wellness therapies. Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their needs and tailor treatments accordingly. Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained following strict hygiene standards. Educate guests on post-treatment care, recommend spa products, and advise on wellness routines. Manage appointment schedules efficiently, maximizing guest satisfaction and spa utilization. Maintain accurate and confidential records of treatments and guest preferences. Collaborate with the spa team to promote spa services and achieve departmental goals. Stay updated with current spa trends, techniques, and industry best practices through continuous learning. Comply with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations. Handle guest feedback professionally, striving to exceed expectations and resolve issues promptly. Qualifications Qualifications Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or related fields from an accredited institution. Proven experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hotel or resort spas. Proficiency in a range of massage and beauty therapy techniques. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent guest service orientation with a professional and courteous manner. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Physically able to perform treatments for extended periods. Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset. Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
