JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Spa Therapist at Seckford Hall Spa, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of spa treatments and services to our guests. You will have the opportunity to work in a stunning setting and create memorable experiences for our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid certification or diploma in spa therapy, massage therapy, or a related field.
• Previous experience working as a spa therapist in a professional spa or wellness centre.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of various massage and spa techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, friendly, and professional demeanour.

• Conduct a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, body scrubs, and other wellness therapies.
• Assess the individual needs of each guest and customise treatments accordingly.
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and communal areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction and comfort throughout their visit.
• Keep detailed records of client information, treatments provided, and any special requirements or concerns.
• Promote spa services and products to guests and recommend personalised treatment plans.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new techniques to enhance the quality of treatments offered.
