Job Description We are currently hiring full‑time and part‑time Beauty and Massage Therapists to join our growing spa team. You will welcome each guest with warmth and professionalism, guiding them through a personalised wellness journey that reflects Crown’s commitment to excellence. From deeply relaxing massages to therapeutic body treatments, you will ensure every service is delivered with care, expertise, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Deliver a variety of professional massage treatments including relaxation, deep tissue, remedial, and hot stone therapies. Perform selected body therapy and facial treatments in line with spa protocols and guest needs. Ensure every guest receives a consistent, luxurious experience aligned with the standards of a 5-star hotel. Maintain a clean, serene, and well-prepared treatment environment at all times. Provide expert consultation and confidently recommend personalised treatments and home care regimens tailored to each guest’s needs. Uphold impeccable grooming and presentation standards, inclusive of all gender expressions, reflecting the prestige of Crown Towers. Collaborate with spa team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest service. Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols. Act as an ambassador for Crown Towers, offering knowledgeable recommendations and enhancing the guest experience throughout their stay. Qualifications & Experience Diploma in Remedial Massage from a nationally recognised institution. Certificate for pregnancy massage. Significant experience in massage. Previous experience in a luxury hotel spa or high-end day spa environment. Beauty Therapist Qualification Outstanding customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and grooming maintained to the highest standard. Flexible availability to work across a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays till 7pm.
