We are looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Spa Therapist to join our dedicated team.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of professional treatments to guests, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service. You will help create a calm and welcoming atmosphere, making every guest’s spa experience relaxing and memorable.

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised Beauty Therapy qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3, CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or equivalent)
• Experience in a spa or wellness setting preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for wellness, self-care, and client satisfaction
• Immaculate personal presentation and a professional approach
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

• Perform a range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, and beauty services (dependent on qualifications)
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a warm, professional, and relaxing experience for all guests
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and spa facilities at all times
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments
• Promote spa services and retail products to enhance the guest’s experience and generate revenue
• Ensure all treatments are carried out to the standards set by the spa and in line with health and safety guidelines
• Support the wider team with daily spa operations and assist in maintaining a welcoming environment
