To deliver the ultimate ELEMIS experience to The House of ELEMIS client and VIP visitors when required. To deliver an exceptional brand standard of Customer Care, consultation, treatment delivery and product recommendations to all clients.
To actively drive sales and brand awareness through skin labs, and customer events, treatment bookings and upgrades, treatment courses, and rebooking’s. To Participate in internal and external events and promotional activity within the business’ requirements and hours.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Beauty qualification or equivalent, with Facial electricals
  • 2-3 years industry experience, working in a premium Luxury spa environment
  • Proven Sales experience

Responsibilities
  • To deliver the ultimate ELEMIS experience to The House of ELEMIS client and VIP visitors when required. To deliver an exceptional brand standard of Customer Care, consultation, treatment delivery and product recommendations to all clients.
  • To show and deliver a high standard of treatment and product knowledge to The House of ELEMIS client, ensuring you are delivering accurate ingredients, benefits and clinical results whilst linking to the clients Lifestyle and ‘skin dream’
  • To actively drive sales and brand awareness through skin labs, customer events, treatment bookings and upgrades, treatment courses, and rebooking’s.
  • To participate in internal and external events and promotional activity within the business’ requirements and hours.
  • To raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
  • To participate fully in promotional/PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
  • Directly supporting with VIP visits; conducting HD skin consultations, Treatments.
  • Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients’ needs and consider medical contraindications.
  • To maintain treatment room areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
  • To uphold company grooming standards, with the highest standards of personal presentation and hygiene at all times.
  • To assist in the completion of stock check weekly and monthly any discrepancies on stock should be found and rectified.
  • Contribute to the Departmental targets by driving skin labs, and customer events, treatment bookings, upgrades, treatment courses, and rebooking’s.
