FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA MACTAN JOB SUMMARY: In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, and under the direct supervision of the Spa Supervisor, the Spa Therapist is responsible for, but not limited to performing as trained in all spa treatments to guests professionally with personalized service. JOB DESCRIPTION: Is an ambassador of Aum Spa Service Promises in all interactions. Provide a level of service which exceeds all guest expectations by completing all treatments in a consistently thorough manner, in the time allocated and by treating all clients with individual attention and focusing on the guest experience. Develop and maintain appropriate and quality relationships with spa guests, being flexible with scheduling of roster to accommodate upon request. Performs all massage, body treatments and facial services as certified or trained without hesitation upon request of a guest, supervisor or spa manager. In addition to delivering treatments for your guests, you ensure full treatment set up prior and breakdown & clean up after your treatment. Possess knowledge of all aspects of Aum Spa operations including telephone usage, guest relations, retail products and sales and spa services and facilities. Review guest medical history/waiver and all information in the Guest Form and reiterate concerns and requests directly with guest prior to performing each treatment. Guests personal and medical information is kept within the work environment and privacy is always respected and handled with absolute discretion. Handle guest complaints immediately and solve problems to the best degree possible ensuring each facet of the spa treatment is explained clearly in the first instance, and providing as much information as possible if problems occur filling up a Spa Incident Report if needed.
