We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our growing Spa Team.

Key responsibilities of a Spa / Beauty Therapist include;

• To ensure that all clients receive an efficient and a quality service during their treatments.
• Offer advice to customers on the range of treatments and products available and home care routines, taking every opportunity to upsell.
• Maintain all relaxation and treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with Company standards and to comply with statutory legislation.
• Ensure all treatments are carried out the highest possible standard to promote customer loyalty and ensure maximum yield.
• To actively promote the venue at every opportunity
• Talk to your clients, find out what they want and how you can help them – actively make them feel special
• Talk with passion and enthusiasm, easy to have a conversation with, happy to contribute, engages others around them
• Support the Head Therapist with responding to Spa Enquiries – both via email and telephone.
• Meeting and greeting guests, taking bookings for Spa Packages, ensuring all payments have been taken.
