Key responsibilities include: * Perform spa treatments in accordance with Six Senses Spa standards * Set up treatment rooms as per operational standards * Handle guest complaints and record all feedback and comments * Serve welcome drinks or other offerings to guests when needed * Complete required reports and documentation (e.g., stock records, daily logbooks, guest feedback) * Request and maintain necessary supplies for daily operations * Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety of all spa and treatment areas * Check and maintain equipment in safe and functional condition * Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management Responsible Business & Compliance All operations will be conducted ethically, transparently, and in compliance with local laws and company policies. I will ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and assets while maintaining positive relationships with local communities and stakeholders. Skills & Experience The role requires: * At least 1 year of experience in a similar position * Background in the spa industry, preferably within a hotel or resort environment * Certified in Anatomy & Physiology, Massage Therapy, or Beauty Therapy * Knowledgeable in healing therapies, spa treatments, beauty products, wellness traditions, and fitness * Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and health & beauty techniques in the market * Strong command of both written and spoken English * Physically capable of applying consistent pressure for extended treatment sessions I maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses brand standards, operational guidelines, and service philosophy.
