Providing Spa Treatments to the highest level following LQE and Forbes standards.
Conduct consultations with high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to quickly adapt to the guests needs/requirements.
High focus on maintaining treatment rooms in down time.
Retail sales is expected with monthly targets to be reached.
Health and safety standards to be adhered to at all times.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Spa Therapist candidate, you have experience within a five-star luxury environment in a similar role and are passionate about service and exceeding guest expectations. You are knowledgeable and experienced in various spa treatments, are a strong team player and have excellent communication skills. You are required to have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
