Responsibilities
  • Providing Spa Treatments to the highest level following LQE and Forbes standards.
  • Conduct consultations with high levels of emotional intelligence and be able to quickly adapt to the guests needs/requirements.
  • High focus on maintaining treatment rooms in down time.
  • Retail sales is expected with monthly targets to be reached.
  • Health and safety standards to be adhered to at all times.
    As a Spa Therapist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
    To be a successful Spa Therapist candidate, you have experience within a five-star luxury environment in a similar role and are passionate about service and exceeding guest expectations. You are knowledgeable and experienced in various spa treatments, are a strong team player and have excellent communication skills. You are required to have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
