JOB SUMMARY
Melt Spa is seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of various massage techniques and be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. As a Massage Therapist, you will work closely with clients to assess their needs and deliver tailored treatments that promote relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being.
REQUIREMENTS
- You do not need to be certified, we are a spa looking for someone passionate about Massage
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs.
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive experience for clients.
- Physical stamina to perform massages for extended periods while maintaining proper body mechanics.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ physical conditions and discuss their specific needs and preferences.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and therapeutic massages.
- Maintain accurate records of client treatments and progress.
- Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and recommend follow-up treatments or self-care practices.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients before, during, and after sessions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their comfort throughout the treatment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in massage therapy techniques.
