Exciting opportunities have emerged at our established, Scandinavian-inspired boutique day spa, located in the heart of Radlett, Hertfordshire. We are currently seeking a skilled Spa Therapist and a Massage Therapist to join our team.

Candidates should have a minimum of one year of experience in the spa and beauty industry. The Spa Therapist role requires proficiency in the following treatments:

• Facials
• Massages (a priority)
• Manicures, Pedicures, and Waxing

For those applying for the Massage Therapist position, we expect competency in the following treatments:

• Deep Tissue Massage
• Swedish Massage
• Hot Stones Massage
• Indian Scalp Massage

Additional qualifications will be considered an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
• Perform various massage techniques, including deep tissue massage, to meet individual client needs.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing guest inquiries.
• Promote and upsell spa services and products to enhance client experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and common areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
  Our operating hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
  The anticipated start date for these positions is early August or earlier if the successful applicant is available sooner.
