JOB TITLE – Spa Therapist – Maternity Cover

RATE OF PAY - £12.63-£12.78 per hour, plus Elemis product commission
HOURS – 37.5 hours over 5 days
LOCATION – Newport, NP18 1HQ

Whether you are newly qualified or already have some experience, if you are passionate about wellness and delivering transformative guest experiences in a luxury spa environment, we would love to hear from you.

We are looking for individuals who have:

• A VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent) – however, newly qualified therapists are welcome to apply
• An exceptional understanding of guest care and the desire to deliver unrivalled, five-star treatment standards
• Ability to create an environment that is of pure peace and relaxation for every guest
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
• A genuine interest in holistic spa treatments, customising treatments based on needs and guest preferences
• A warm, confident, and professional communication style
• Immaculate grooming standards and people skills, able to connect with guests and colleagues at all levels
• The enthusiasm and physical readiness to perform a full day of treatments (with plenty of support and breaks!)
