Job Description We are seeking a skilled and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team in Livingstone, Zambia. As a Spa Therapist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional wellness experiences to our guests, contributing to their relaxation and rejuvenation. Greet guests warmly and create a positive first impression by addressing them by name Perform high-quality spa services according to company standards and treatment protocols Ensure all spa equipment is in good working order and maintain a clean, hygienic environment Educate guests about spa services, treatments, and their benefits Customize treatments to meet individual guest needs and preferences Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance skills and knowledge Maintain accurate records of treatments and guest preferences Assist with spa events and demonstrations as required Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless spa operations Adapt to changes in schedules or procedures with a positive attitude Conduct thorough consultations with guests to understand their wellness goals and any health concerns Recommend appropriate products for at-home care to extend the benefits of spa treatments Monitor and maintain inventory of spa supplies and products Implement and follow safety protocols, including proper sanitation and sterilization procedures Contribute to the development of new spa treatments and packages to enhance the guest experience Qualifications International Certificate in Massage and Skincare Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star resort or equivalent setting Proficiency in various massage techniques and skincare treatments Excellent communication skills in English; additional language skills are advantageous Strong understanding of spa etiquette, safety protocols, and hygiene standards Physical stamina and dexterity to perform treatments throughout the day Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and empathetic demeanor Detail-oriented approach to ensure consistent, high-quality treatments Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays Well-groomed appearance with high standards of personal hygiene Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally Familiarity with local wellness practices or traditions is a plus Additional Information Full Grade 12 Certificate Three Traceable references with mobile numbers and email addresses.
