QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Essential: Level 3 Body Massage qualification or equivalent
• Ability to build rapport with clients, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Genuine passion for delivering exceptional spa treatments and promoting wellbeing.
• Strong team player willing to assist colleagues as needed.
• Effective time management skills to ensure clients receive thorough treatments without feeling rushed.
• Capability to recommend follow-up treatments and personalised treatment plans based on individual client needs.
• Additional qualifications or experience in treatments such as reflexology, aromatherapy, specialist skincare, or Reiki are advantageous.
• Willingness to undergo additional training if required.

• Perform a variety of high-quality spa treatments to the highest standards.
• Welcome clients and spa users, catering to their needs with warmth and professionalism.
• Maintain a busy appointment diary, ensuring smooth scheduling and client satisfaction.
• Keep the spa area and treatment rooms impeccably clean and organised.
